Search functionality to find entitlement records held by Bango Resale for your customers
You can search by the Subscriber Number and/or Operator Transaction ID and/or Merchant Transaction ID to find the transactions you are looking for.
The results returned from your search will contain the below information.

Transaction Date | Date/Time (UTC) the transaction was created on the Bango system |
Operator Transaction ID | The identifier for the transaction in the payment providers system |
Merchant Transaction ID | The identifier for the transaction in the merchants system |
Amount | The amount of the transaction |
Transaction Status | Transaction status, one of FUNDS_RESERVED,OK,CANCELLED, REFUNDED, USER_INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT, USER_NOT_ENABLED, USER_SPEND_LIMIT, USER_BARRED, USER_EXCEEDED_LIMIT, USER_SUSPENDED, USER_INVALID, USER_NOT_FOUND, BANGO_USER_BARRED, OPERATOR_SPEED_LIMIT, DECLINED, REJECTED, INVALID_PIN, DATA_INVALID, DATA_MISSING, CONTENT_BARRED, PRICE_NOT_SUPPORTED, RESERVATION_EXPIRED,ERROR, CONNECT_ERROR, or INTERNAL_ERROR |
